Former TCR UK race winner Jac Constable will make his championship return after two years away, after signing with 2024 Teams Champions JH Racing.

Constable will be driving an Audi RS3 LMS TCR this year, a car he is already familiar with, as JH Racing expands to three entries with the already announced Callum Newsham and Russell Joyce.

The Audi driver has already had some seat time in the car, which is a different car to the one he last drove back in 2023. Jac and the team have already been putting mileage in the car as the first race weekend of the 2026 season rapidly approaches at Brands Hatch.

Jac is set to enter the Brands Hatch event, whilst working on a full-time return to complete the rest of the 2026 season. Never one to shy away from a challenge, the Hampshire-based driver is working hard to make sure he is on the grid for all seven race weekends.

2026 is already building to be a season of returning champions and race winners, and Jac is glad to be back on the grid.

Having six wins to his name, including giving the Audi Gen 2 its maiden TCR UK win at Croft back in 2023, Constable is excited to be making his return whilst keeping his expectations in check.

“I’m really excited to be back in TCR UK this year, I’ve been away for a couple of seasons and its clear that the championship has taken a step forward since I was last involved, which is great to see. I’m looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of the Audi and showing what I can do on track at Brands Hatch, where I took my last win in TCR UK,” said Jac.

“Working with James and the team at JH Racing has been a new experience for me, and we’ve already hit the ground running as we work to prepare the Audi for the opening weekend of the year. I’m aiming to get three solid race finishes under my belt as well as showing what I can do in a competitive car.”

Championship Manager Jack Finlan welcomes Jac back to the championship and is delighted to see the former race winner add his entry to what is already a quality grid for the season opener on 4-5 April.

“It’s great to have Jac back in TCR UK after two seasons away. Already well known for his tenacity and race-winning pedigree, Jac is also one of the hardest-working drivers on the grid, putting in every effort possible to make sure that he is competitive as well as providing the best product on the grid for his sponsors,” said Jack.

Aligning himself with JH Racing also provides Jac with the best opportunity to make a big statement on his return to the championship. James Hone and his team know how to get the best out of their cars and are proven teams champions. This offers Jac a great chance to hit the ground running in what is sure to be the most exciting opening weekend of a TCR UK season yet.”
