Having established the calendar for the Maximum Networks Volkswagen Racing Cup and the Goodyear Touring Car Trophy/TCR UK in November 2020, the recent rescheduling of events by the BTCC in order to mitigate the effects of the ongoing Covid restrictions resulted in a clash for the final rounds of both championships.
To overcome this issue, in place of our event at Snetterton over the weekend of 23rd & 24th October, a new event at Silverstone has been added at the start of the season on 25th April. Therefore, the championship will now conclude at Donington on 30th August.
We trust this change to the calendar will enable more teams to take part in what promises to be a season not to be missed.
