With headline support from Celeski London and the team’s long-standing partners, Matrix Motorsport enters the new season full of confidence and ambition. For 2026, the team has committed to running the Opel Astra TCR Gen 1, with a strong focus on improving reliability, performance, and overall competitiveness.
A key part of this year’s challenge is a technical collaboration with Lubner Motorsport in Germany. Drawing on their extensive experience of running the Astra Gen 1 successfully in European TCR championships, the partnership aims to extract maximum performance from the car and refine it into a dependable and competitive package.
Having competed in the TCR Championship for several years, Matrix Motorsport now has a deep understanding of what it takes to be competitive and consistent at this level.
