The world title-winning Lynk & Co 03 TCR model will make its debut in the 2024 TCR UK Touring Car Championship, with two cars being run by 2023 race winners Pro Alloys Racing.

This will be the first time that the Lynk & Co 03 TCR will race in TCR UK, adding its name to a list of brands that have raced in the series including Honda, Audi, CUPRA, Volkswagen, Alfa Romeo, Vauxhall / Opel, Subaru and Renault.

The Lynk & Co 30 TCR is a hugely successful model to be reckoned with, making its global TCR competition debut with Cyan Racing in the 2019 FIA World Touring Car Cup – WTCR and going on to win the WTCR drivers’ titles in 2020 & 2021, whilst also winning the WTCR and TCR World Tour Teams’ World Titles in 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2023.

With a growing base of customer teams who have raced and claimed wins in regional series such as TCR Europe and TCR South America as well as in national series TCR Australia and TCR China, TCR UK becomes the latest series added to that list.

The model has seen title-winning success outside of WTCR, with the Lynk & Co 03 TCR also winning titles in TCR South America, TCR Asia and TCR China.

Pro Alloys Racing made their debut in TCR UK last year, running a Hyundai i30 N TCR at both Snetterton and Donington Park, where the team took their maiden victory in only their fourth TCR UK race!

For their first full season in the championship, the Wiltshire-based team will run two Lynk & Co 03 TCR cars with the identity of the drivers to be revealed at a later date.

Ron Hartvelt, Customer Sport Director of Geely Group Motorsport, welcomes the addition of Pro Alloys Racing to the Geely Group Motorsport customer racing family this year.

Championship Promoter Stewart Lines welcomes the Lynk & Co 03 TCR model to the 2024 TCR UK Touring Car Championship.

“This is fantastic news for TCR UK to have a brand new manufacturer on the grid for 2024. The Lynk & Co 03 TCR is an iconic car in TCR competition around the world with many fans, who I would imagine would be excited to see them up close.”
