Hyundai Motorsport Customer Racing has announced a new partnership with Maximum Motorsport to be the Parts Sales Agents for the Hyundai i30 N TCR and Veloster N TCR to the UK market.

The West Midlands-based team has already used the competitive Hyundai i30 N TCR in the UK series during the 2021 season and is now able to provide a bespoke service to the manufacturer’s growing UK customer base of teams using the i30 N TCR, Veloster N TCR and the Elantra N TCR.

UK Customers using these Hyundai TCR machines can now rely on a full spare parts supply at the circuit and between races, to enable them to continue racing with these cars, which remain both competitive and successful thanks to the Balance of Performance used in TCR competition.

The TCR UK Touring Car Championship will see all three Hyundai TCR models in competition this year, a first for any TCR Series to have all active models in action, showing the popularity of the championship and also the growth of Hyundai customer racing in TCR UK.

Maximum Motorsport Team Principal Stewart Lines is excited to be able to bring this new service to the UK TCR market.

“This is another step forwards for TCR UK, having factory support by Hyundai which involves providing spares, races cars and engineering to our UK customers. This will enable us to grow the Hyundai brand even further in the UK and present the TCR UK Touring Car Championship as the best choice for aspiring touring car racers.”
